First of all, Gabe Kaplan and AJ Benza are back in the commentary booth, much to the joy of every poker player out there. When season 7 took to the air with Norm McDonald taking up Gabe’s< role, no one was too happy.

The Stakes are high
Shot over a few different days, the cash games started at $200/$400 and then the action got kicked up to a cool $400/$800 with an ante in play.
With a minimum buy-in of $200,000 you can expect to see some huge pots and with the teaser hinting to a few sick coolers and a 3 way all-in featuring Tom Dwan we are super excited to see this game.
From the Best Poker Producer
Mori Eskandani has let us wait 9 years for this exciting come back and the now Poker Hall of Famer has done so much for poker through the years.
Mori, who was originally a Poker Pro himself took to producing some of the first-ever Poker TV shows like Poker Superstars. This was a Sit’n Go type formula where the players would gather points and the best players would progress to a final.
This early Poker show included the skills of Phil Ivey, Gus Hansen, Phil Hellmuth, Chip Reese and loads of other poker legends.
Check out this epic compilation of Phil Hellmuth on blind tilt against Freddy Deeb.
Since then he has turned every Poker production he has touched into gold, with the Poker After Dark games and of course the legendary seasons of High Stakes Poker.
